"Checking in and extending my stay were complicated! After extending my room I was then at work, got a call to say my belongings that were in my room were going to be bagged and tagged. Poor communication. After a few emails with no reply’s I am still waiting on my receipt, weeks later! As I was there on a business trip receipts are important for my expenses. I would advise anyone on a business to make sure you get your receipt before leaving, I was promised mine would follow, it did after a phone call but it was wrong."

"I didn't get to stay at hotel. But upon arrival I was expecting to stay at Comfort Inn. The hotel was Halstel Hotel, I went in and she couldn't find my reservation. I asked is this Comfort Inn she said yes. FRONT DESK PERSON ON PHONE, WHILE TRYING TO TALK TO ME!! People was walking around the lot suspicious looking, trash all over lot and in lobby. Hotel would not refund even though i wouldn't stay. I felt misled because I wanted to be at Comfort Inn. Would not return or recommend."

"Only cold water, no hot water, couldn't take a shower, no tissues. I reserved a non smoking and it was a smoking, ash tray right in the room and smoke alarm was covered in plastic. We both woke up stuffed up and sore throats."

"During my stay there was construction going on and the elevator did get stuck a couple of times. Also they were not serving breakfast due to the construction. The staff is generally quick with whatever needs/questions you may have. "
