I needed early check-in and they were quick to accommodate and make that happen. The girl at the front desk was great. The rooms were clean all around Great stay I will absolutely be coming back here again

2 storey entrance, concrete floor. Not enough room for wheelchair in room. Toilet had stains in bowl. 7 foot ceiling in bathroom. Could not open door to room when bathroom door open. No lights on night stand, could not turn off lights from bed. Breakfast staff could not keep area stocked. Bad roads, bad neighborhood.

Upon arriving we found you could not pull up in front it was all blocked off, we parked in the restaurant parking spaces and walked around luggage and 2 small children in tow, check in and find the elevator is out that we would use so after the walk from one end of the hotel to the other of course using an elevator through the pool room to find 2 towels and 2 washcloths in the bathroom. I booked and paid for 2 adults, 2 children I expect to find adequate accommodations for all. When asking the front desk she acted like I was seeking a treasure, said she did not know if they had any she would check and send some up if they did. The hotel was under major renovations which was never told, if I would have known I would not have booked. First and last time to stay at a Wyndham.

The hotel was nice enough, not as clean as others. It's pretty far off the Interstate, not as convenient as others. My husband and I were traveling with our Service Dogs, the ckerk that checked us in argued with my husband about charging a $100 deposit for our 'pets' luckily my husband is very awae of the ADA laws regarding Service Dogs. After a bit of argument the clerk finally said her Manager was willing to waive the fee. When we checked out the clerk knew the laws and apologized about the night clerk.

My son and I were in town staying due to family in the hospital and when I checked in the staff were very welcoming and even pet friendly. We went to our room and there was an issue in the bathroom and they immediately moved us to another room. The front desk clerk was so friendly and sweet giving me directions to the hospital, other shopping stores and just answering any and all questions that I had. There wasn’t really an area for our dogs outside of the hotel but the front desk woman referred us to a dog park that was 5 minutes away from the hotel and it was beautiful. The stay was very comfortable and the breakfast was a good buffet style. Upon leaving and going to check out to turn in my room keys, the same woman was working and gave me her condolences, and you can tell she genuinely meant it. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Everything was nice. There is a restaurant down stairs so there is a constant smell of food in the rooms. Pool was nice and had very clean halls!

We were four in our family and i did know the rooms are narrow, the bathroom are small and i am 6”3 inches tall and it was pleasant for me. The swimming pool was beautiful but the swimming pool room was cold, the heater was not working.

I was really disappointed in my stay at this location. The walls were incredibly thin and I could hear the elevator pinging all night long. The water pressure in the hotel was also really low and the second night, there was no hot water at all. When the desk folks finally answered (after several attempts to call), I was told that there was nothing they could do other than give me a different room (which would fix the water problem how?). I will not be staying at this location again.

The customer service was amazing, all employees were amazing and kind. But the hotel itself needs upgrades it’s very outdated and make the hotel look dirty. Before leaving I noticed water coming out yellow so I suggest checking out pipes. Breakfast was good and the person cooking was quick to add more food as more customers came!

Nice Hotel.
Clean hotel. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable for the person in there (and they didn't weigh very much either). The location was nice, and close to where we needed to be.

Room was hot,AC was not working properly, the indoor pool was freezing. Our tv broke and was told was it was going to get replaced and never did. I had to mess with it for a couple of hours before I could get to work
