Super Responsive and Caring Host

I stayed at this property for 1.5 months for work. I loved every day of it. The place was clean, warm, and cozy. The host, Ariana, was absolutely outstanding. Great communication, and a great property. If you’re looking for someplace to stay for cheap, close to downtown Midland, I would highly recommend this property.

Small and odd floorplan

Property was clean but smaller with odd floorplan than we expected. Double bed was against the wall so it was difficult for two people to sleep on it. Wife used the pull-out couch and I used the bed. Shower door does not close so water leaked onto floor. (should get it fixed to avoid damage to floor) Towels were clean and fresh. Had to walk through bedroom to get to bathroom. Kitchen is OK for a quick breakfast or snack since it only has a bar top against the wall. Coffee maker was great. TV's in living room and bedroom were very good and clear. Parking was good. Location was OK for our needs on this trip.

The accommodations were nice. We were only there to sleep the nights that we stayed, so we didn't make much use of the living room or kitchen. Communication through the VRBO messages we helpful and efficient, particularly when we needed the temperature adjusted and could not locate a thermostat in the unit. Much appreciated our stay.

Quaint and charming

Oh my goodness. I read the first reviews and I'm so glad that I ignored them. What a quaint and charming bnb. It's perfect for a couple. So nice to have your own porch and sitting area. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you.

Apartment in Midland

This property is the front end of a two units and is in a good city location of older homes. Bedroom is quite small. Living room was set up well. Kitchen was well equipped except for a few items (salt/pepper, coffee filters) and bathroom also lacked some items. Unit has no separate ac/heat control. Hosts were very responsive.

The bedroom and bath might be adequate for one person traveling with everything in one backpack. The bed and bath weren't big enough for 2 people trying to get ready for a wedding. There is no where in the bath to put anything. I took one of the kitchen stools in there so I could have a place to lay down my dryer to dry my hair. The double bed was shoved against the wall, so one of us had to crawl in to bed from the foot. The bed couldn't be pulled out because it would block the path to the bath and rest of the house. We had no thermostat control in unit 1. When it got into the 40s at night and low 70s daytime, the A/C was blasting away. We turned off the fan and tried to block the registers but it was still icy cold. Did I mention there was no room to put anything?
