About this property

Beautiful three bedroom home with a gym and huge TV’s! Pet and smoke free home!

  • Great home in the beautiful Legends Park- a new neighborhood that is close to a variety of amenities. Very spacious interior with a backyard, spacious dining area and, wash and dryer area. Huge TVs everywhere! perfect for game nights, or family movie nights! So close to the Rockhounds Stadium you could just walk there to enjoy an awesome baseball game! Your surrounded by restaurants and some shopping as well. Cinergy Movie Theater is within a few miles, tons of fun for everybody! You can also pamper yourself at Sky Nail Salon just down the road :)

    This is a pet and smoke free home. If found to have pets or have smoked in the house you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund and will be charged up to $500 extra to cover extra cleaning fees.
    We do have outdoor cameras to protect our property and yours!
    We have glass break sensors throughout the house also as a safety precaution.
    They are NOT cameras. You have absolute privacy in every way.
    Garage access not included with stays.

    We are local so if needing help we can find someone to help or can help ourselves if the guests would prefer.

Good Evening! Just a few simple check out requests. Check out is no later than 11:00 AM. Make sure lights and TV’s are turned off on your way out.

Please start washing used towels before leaving. Laundry pods are provided In laundry room by washer. Put all dirty dishes Into dishwasher and start wash. Pods are provided under kitchen sink.

The house is beautiful and very comfy i would highly recommend this property for anyone looking stayed for 8 night and let me tell you i slept like a baby i really loved the bed and the fact that they had a mini gym would have loved more dumbbells but overall i really enjoyed the stay

I had a work crew of 3 men staying at this home. The crew said it is in excellent condition and a great neighborhood. Safety is a concern when you are travelling with work tools and equipment. Owners were great about providing information and the property is described accurately.
