Hotel is in a great location, rooms are very clean as is the rest of the hotel. My only issues are the pillows in the room- very uncomfortable and the fact that you are paying for parking. Outside of that, it was great. Staff is lovely and helpful!

Nice and close to Newport. Everyone was nice and friendly! Everything was nice and clean the only thing is that they don’t have a laundry on site and the pillows are so flat and not comfortable. Other than that I would highly recommend staying here… just bring your own pillows lol

The Pell was very nice for the price. It was updated and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Just on down side- The restaurant was not great, high priced and low quality of food and we only had breakfast there. Luckily there were many great places near by. I would definitely stay there again.

We had an AMAZING time at The Pell! From the moment we arrived, the service was truly top tier. A special thank you to Radu Sav, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. From making the check-in process seamless to helping us problem-solve any issues that came up, he made sure we were well taken care of. The room was so cozy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It was honestly hard to get out of bed! We had such a wonderful experience and will absolutely be back. Thank you to Radu and the entire team at The Pell for making our stay so memorable!

The hotel is small but it was great! Clean, comfortable, nice restaurant, amazing drinks. We really enjoyed the mobile contrast therapy! This was our highlight There was a wedding party staying there and the parking spots were a bit challenging but overall everything was great here.
