Nice big rooms. Those on the 1st floor on the road side are right next to the parking lot so for privacy the curtains must be closed. Better to get a garden view room but the property is very nice and clean and the staff is great!

We really enjoyed this hotel and we would stay here again! It is more affordable than similar properties that are right within Newport but is still an easy ten or so minute drive into the heart of Newport. The property was clean and modern. I wish we had time to use the heated pool!

We were not sure what to expect before arriving at The Pell, but we had the most amazing stay. We didn’t want to leave and actually considered extending our stay. Our room was large and comfortable, everyone was so nice and helpful, and the food and coffee were great. The hotel was very close to all of the sites in Newport; location was very convenient. The price we paid for what we got was an insane steal and we will definitely be returning when we go back to Newport. One of our favorite trips to date.

The Pell is first class and wonderful hotel. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing we would have enjoyed more would have been streaming movies in a more convenient way than their process.

Hotel is in a great location, rooms are very clean as is the rest of the hotel. My only issues are the pillows in the room- very uncomfortable and the fact that you are paying for parking. Outside of that, it was great. Staff is lovely and helpful!
