Wifi A light and bright, freshly updated family holiday home with spacious open plan living/dining and kitchen plus sliding glass doors that open to the large undercover all weather deck for the casual BBQ and easy entertaining. This house perfectly captures the \`beachy\` feel and holiday vibe. Located just a 30 second walk from the rear entrance of the Middleton Beach Huts and their famous Blues restaurant. This house is perfect for those needing somewhere close by to stay when attending a wedding. Enjoy a 7 minute stroll to the sandy shores of Middleton beach or the same time to walk through to the cafes, bakery and pub on the Main Street. The house itself is very well equipped for family entertaining and there are three spacious bedrooms, two with King beds and the third with two sets of bunk beds. All three bedrooms are serviced by a three way bathroom which has separate toilet and vanity. All bed linen, bath towels tea towels, bath mats, hand towels and face washers are included. Please bring your own beach towels. Well behaved dogs are permitted with permission. Please advise the age and breed when booking. A $75 pet fee is payable. The yard is fully fenced. Strictly no parties and no smoking/vaping anywhere on the property. \*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Via locked box at the property No smoking No parties or events Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you. $200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property. CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea. Short distance from the beach and close to Goolwa for dinner options. The place was as described - very clean, well appointed, with wifi and linen provided. The deck at the front was relaxing, the outdoor shower handy and table tennis for the kids in the shed. Checkin was easy and communication with the owners was vey prompt.
