"I loved the aesthetics of this hotel. My room was really charming, and had a beautiful view. The room felt like a tiny home in the best way. However, the staff were some of the rudest people I had encountered In my whole trip. They had an elitist air about them. When I walked up to check in, the receptionist gave me everything but an eye roll, and asked me “what do you want?”. I told her I’d like to check in, she then said “hold on a minute”, and proceeded to chat w her colleague for two mins.. Checking out was a very similar experience. I got a stink face, and “what do you need” i said I was checking out, and she just took my room card. Nothing else. No “did you enjoy your stay?” Etc..
