"The hotel was amazing and right in the center of all the action. It was so easy to walk anywhere we wanted to go and the room was quiet despite being so close to all the traffic of Times Square. Staff was very friendly and the water pressure in the shower was awesome"

"I liked that it was right on the boardwalk, the arcade and other stuff for the kids were great. Have a lot of fun things for kids to do, loved the ocean view. I didn’t like the check in process I waited in line 35 minutes due to only 2 girls at the front desk until another 2 girls came and help. There were no soap, shampoo or conditioner in our room, air dryer wasn’t working neither and the air conditioning should be a little more efficient and the elevators kept having issues so most nights it was 4 out of 6 working."

"I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last 6 months and it has been great on both occasions. Fantastic staff, great location with Madison Square Garden across the block and walkable to all of Midtown. It’s also a 10 minute walk to Hudson Yards and the Javits Centre and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. If you can get an Empire view room, you won’t be disappointed. Also, free cookies on arrival. What’s not to love?"
