Most rentals are old, tired out, brown and cramped. Harald with his hard work and vision has transformed….renovated in February 2020 this 142 square metre apartment into a traveller oasis. Most Europeans let alone North Americans do not get to live like this. It is a very spacious easy living Euro apartment. As part of a 7.5 week independent self planned cycling vacation we had the privilege of staying here for 12 nights. As Canadians enjoying their 23rd vacation to Europe for cycling and 9th time to Germany I can say without reservation this is one of the top rentals we have ever stayed in…over 150 bookings in 25+ years. A huge living area, solarium, modern kitchen, spacious bedrooms add up to a unique offering. Harald excels at communicating and is incredibly thorough and skilled in offering travel advice both electronically through links and a plethora of travel materials in the apartment….ultra organised. Close to Coburg, UNESCO World Heritage Site Bamburg and 300m from the world famous German ADFC 5 star rated Main cycling path. We loved our time in this privileged location…the Upper Main Jura area of famous and wealthy Oberfranken…Northern Bavaria. Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend geeignet für ein Familientreffen.Der Vermieter ist sehr rücksichtsvoll und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Das Bad sowie die restliche Wohnung sind auf einem sehr neuen Standart. Die Vermietung und der Umgang mit dem Vermieter war klasse und sehr unkompliziert. Das Parken, war unmittelbar, direkt vor der Wohnung möglich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!! ##### Jens B. Die Ferienwohnung war genau so, wie beschrieben. Die Ausstattung war wirklich toll. Die Küchenausstattung war absolut vollzählig. Wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst. Vom Vermieter gab es im Vorfeld eine große Anzahl an Hinweisen auf mögliche Aktivitäten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Diese Wohnung liegt in einer Sackgasse und ist daher für Kinder zum Spielen super geeignet. Um die Sache rund zu machen zaubert Herr Günther dann noch Tretautos in mehreren Größen hervor und denkt sogar an die Malkreide für die Straßenmarkierung, Ampeln usw.
