Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage und ist dennoch gut an Öffis angebunden.Die Kommunikation mit Petra war ausgesprochen freundlich und angenehm, und auch der Check-in verlief völlig unkompliziert.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. "First impression was great. The lobby is huge. The breakfast was in a very spacious room, the breakfast had lots of variety and was delicious. Our room had adequate space and was clean. We weren't able to feel that the air conditioning was on but since it was a Fall night, having the window open helped cool the room. The bathroom will need some deep cleaning as it appeared that there was black mold on the ceiling and the upper wall tiles. The receptionist said that they are aware of the mold and are working on getting that remedied. It would be helpful if there was a bathroom fan to keep down the moisture."

"Excellent location but the communication from the hotel wasn’t good. I messaged the hotel the morning of my arrival after not receiving a key code (the place is unmanned). I arrived at the property and still had not received any instruction to gain access. Then I had to make a very expensive phone call to the people that run the property and was told “oh you should never book with Expedia as we can’t contact you there.” Not very helpful. However, after paying a fortune to speak to someone the lady cleaning the rooms came and let me in. Apart from the bad start, all else was good. The location is amazing and the room spacious and very comfortable and clean."
