"This is a nice hotel in a quiet town outside of Hamburg. The hotel has a nice location overlooking a river and has a great rooftop terrace that is really beautifully decorated. The staff is sweet and polite, nothing to put a finger on. The price the same level as other larger hotels and therefore you should expect similar quality and accommodation. "Second time here. Very happy with hotel, basic breakfast and facilities. Room service and reception are great and helpful. Ensuite rooms are clean, comfortable and have big opening windows. Nothing negative at all apart from the wait for the lift in the morning as hotel only has two lifts and if hotel is busy, you can be wsiting 5 mins or more. But stairs ok - apart from if you're on a top floor!
