Nice stay overall

The location and amount of space was great. There was plenty of room for me, my husband, and our three kids. The host was very communicative, which was helpful. The cleaning staff was not the best, and it was not as clean as other apartments at the same location have been in the past, but the host was apologetic. The view was also a bit surprising, as the balcony looks out onto the parking lot and construction. Overall, though, the stay was pleasant and we appreciated the space.

Un bel endroit, mais manque.

Sunny isles est un endroit parfait, le condo semblait bien au départ, mais rapidement nous avons réaliser qu'il manquait beaucoup d'équipements de base, 1 seul couteau, 2 rouleau de papier toilette, rien pour faire la vaisselles ou ramasser les dégâts. Le condo en tant que tel est bien ok, 2 chambre assez grand assez tranquille, douche neuve et électro très récent. ce qui nous a le plus déçu c'est de voir le peu de commentaire pour cette annonce et réaliser que même si nous avions fait un parfait ménage, le propriétaire nous a chargé du ménage supplémentaire a la fin, pour des trucs qui était déjà problématique à notre arrivée, comme des serviettes taché. Je n'ai jamais eu de problème dans mes nombreuses location a travers l'Amérique, j'ai resté surpris de l'attitude du propriétaire, même si à la base j'aurais donner une bien meilleure note à cette annonce, car l'expérience précédent cela c'est somme toute bien passé. l'emplacement est super.
