Tranquil Lakefront Apt. with paddle boat and 1 mile from beach

Beautiful, private lakefront on a tranquil lake. Ideal for swimming , fishing, boating, and just relaxing and having a barbecue in the shade. If you get an urge for salt water, then, the ocean is just 1 mile to the east. Lots of shopping, gas stations and restaurants within walking distance. Bring your fishing rods for the bass and cichlids are biting at this time of year. The fresh water lake is not connect to the Everglades or the ocean , so , no need to worry about any gators or Jaws. Nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. Also, there are some cooking items in the drawers such as a pressure cooker. If you require anything else , just let me know for I’m sure that I can dig them up. Caution: you might not want to leave. Thanks for looking and I look forward to hosting you.
