The staff go above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. We felt safe there and enjoyed the courtyard. The only downside was a very strong smelling cleaning product that was just way too overwhelming.

I’ve had an amazing time stay at Hotel tower. The place was very peaceful and quiet as well and the room was clean and comfortable. The outdoor patio was well kept and clean. And most importantly the staff was so friendly and helpful during my stay and helped me with any questions I had. The only two things I wish the property had was a mini fridge and a parking lot.

This was an absolute pleasure, 10/10. We could not have asked for anything better from check in to check out. The property is in a very walkable area, the rooms were well kept and comfortable and the common areas were welcoming too! There a distinct welcoming scent through the property that was such a nice touch!

Lia, who managed the reservation did a wonderful job. She ensured the stay went well and checked in with me often. The communication with management was great. The room was clean when I arrived as well as the hotel was well maintained. There was a person at the desk all day and a security person at night to ensure the safety of guests. The hotel is a block away from the wonderful and exciting "Little Havana". If you have a car, you can park for free on street only a block or two away. You just have to find a spot but for the 5 day stay there was no issue. Everything went well and I would stay again. I recommend this Hotel.
