3. Smoking Policy: For the comfort and health of all future guests, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere indoors.

4. Property Integrity: We kindly ask that no illicit activities take place on the premises. Additionally, please report any accidental damage to us immediately so we can address it promptly and help you avoid the forfeiture of your security deposit.

5. Health and Sensitivities: We take great pride in maintaining a spotless and welcoming home. However, as a private residence, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
