Overall a pleasant experience. Wonderful location. Free Parking is available on the property but getting into and out of the spot can be tricky especially for folks not used to big parking garages

Enjoyable stay

We wanted to explore Miami and this was the perfect location. The apartment is well laid out and has a lovely terrace where you can see the water and down to the two pools. It included a spot in the garage and we felt very safe in the building and the area. We walked to Mary Brickell village at night and hung out there at the numerous restaurants in the area. it was a lovely spot.

Girl Trip!

The host was super responsive. Apartment was exactly as pictured, a cvs right next door that was very convenient. Also within walking distance to most bars/ restaurants in brickell! Would definitely recommend. One of the pools was under construction so we didn’t have chairs sometimes when going to the pool. Also would recommend a full length mirror somewhere! Overall a great stay!

Nice property in Miami with two bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and washer/dryer. Great amenities... not enough pool chairs though. Unit could use some TLC like paint, but very clean. Love the deck. Elevator fobs were not working intermittently for everyone...made getting to 22nd floor a challenge at times. Overall great location near shops, food, cruise port. Would recommend.

Great location and price

We stayed here for a few days before our cruise as it was cheaper than a hotel and allowed us 2 separate bedrooms. The condo offers the basic necessities- towels, dishes, laundry. The elevators do take some time as noted because there was always at least one out of operation, but that didn’t bother me. It’s no different than a busy hotel or cruise ship. Location is great, easy to walk to many shops and restaurants and parks. The pool was nice, there are 2 pools but one was closed for maintenance. It was not crowded so it didn’t matter. I would definitely stay here again.

First Time in Miami

We enjoyed our trip. It was 8 people in our party. The apartment is big, clean and located in a nice neighborhood- walking distance to Metro and Metro-mover that we were using all the time. The only suggestion I can have, there was enough beds and sheets for 7 people and we had to manage sheets and blanket for the 8 person in our group. The cough in family room wasn't comfortable for two to sleep on, other than that for price we paid the apartment was great.

City life

Enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean. Some blinds were broken which caused some privacy issues from the building across otherwise was fine. Our main issue was with the parking garage. Had no idea how tight the space is in the turns and we had a truck. It was a little loud throughout the night from outside, streetlife, and being next to the elevator, but we just chalked that up to city life. Overall very convenient.

Pros:Stayed 1 night pre-cruise. Loved the condo and location. Clean. Beautiful view from deck. Close to CVS right downstairs and many restaurants. Cons: Check in was rough. Staff at front desk were not very friendly. Had messaged owner A few days ahead of time twice to make sure everything was a go but didn’t hear back. On arrival, had to text copy of divers license to owner that i thought I had already sent. That caused some delay but once we got past that, things were okay. Also, we didnt have enough towels or washclothes but got by since we only stayed one night.

Property was nice for the price

The place was clean and comfortable. There were a few loose tiles on the floor that should probably be fixed to avoid accidents. No pool towels available and barely enough towels if you go to the pool and want to shower in the same day. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basics including spices and coffee, which is very nice for a VRBO. Also, plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. No shade in the East pool area (we didn't visit the West pool). When we first arrived in the evening, there were hookers standing in front of the property but during the day, the area seemed safe. Overall, it was good and reasonably priced. Thank you!

Spacious place in need of repairs

Overall good place. We came with our 2 kids for a family wedding. It was large, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a big living room, balcony and kitchen. Definitely cheaper than a hotel room where all 4 of us would have been crammed in. The place needs some repairs—about half the blinds were missing (so people in the next building can see into both bedrooms no matter what you do), and one of the bedroom doors didn’t close. The building seems to have a lot of short term rentals. The unit is right next to a large bank of elevators so you will hear people laughing, yelling, throwing parties etc all night. It didn’t wake up our kids but it was not subtle. Overall good place for the price but just depends on what you are looking for.

Miami Sweet Sixteen

My friend and I and our daughters and daughters' friends all had a great time at this rental property. The pictures that the owner sent were exactly as we experienced in the rental. The location of this rental is perfectly located in the financial district in Miami and the people who worked in at the front desk were helpful. The building is clean and pleasant and it would be a place that I could live in. The rental property itself was clean and updated and the view from the balcony was worth everything! I would give 4.5 stars only because one of the bedroom door handles was broken and there need to be more towels (hand towels and larger towels) for the guests. It would be nice if you had beach towels also. The washing machine worked great though. But we still had a great time and would come back to this property. Thank You.
