Find the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in our 2-bedroom condo, complete with resort-style amenities for a memorable escape. Start your morning with a refreshing swim in the pool, maintain your fitness routine in the fully equipped gym, or savor a meal at the on-site bistro. A complimentary shuttle takes you effortlessly to Hallandale Beach, where two beach chairs are provided for your enjoyment. For those who enjoy exploring, bike rentals are available to discover the neighborhood at your own pace. At Beachwalk Resort, it’s not just a stay—it’s an immersion into the very best of South Florida.  
  
Inside, the spacious living room offers a cozy sitting area and a TV for relaxation. The modern kitchen, featuring high-end stainless steel appliances, is designed for preparing delicious meals, complemented by a welcoming dining area perfect for enjoying them. Retreat to the serene master bedroom, where a plush king-size bed ensures a restful night, while the guest bedroom offers two full-size beds for extra comfort. Step onto one of the private balconies and take in the peaceful views, the ideal place to relax and rejuvenate after a day of sun and adventure.

Beach service is offered by Etaru Beach Club, located in front of Lyfe Resort. Guests can enjoy complimentary beach chairs and towels.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Hallandale Beach is a city on Florida's east coast, between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Palm-dotted Hollywood Beach is backed by the long Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. ArtsPark at Young Circle features an outdoor amphitheater and a striking fountain. Nearby, the Art and Culture Center of Hollywood offers contemporary exhibitions and performances. The Anne Kolb Nature Center is a reserve with mangrove trails and an aquarium.

Please be advised that Beachwalk Resort imposes additional mandatory fees that are not included in the nightly rate displayed on this platform.   
These fees are collected separately at check-in and are required to complete your reservation with the property.   
  
Resort Fee (Daily Charge):   
• Stays of 1 to 7 nights: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes   
• Stays of 8 to 14 nights: $25 per day, plus applicable taxes   
• Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $20 per day, plus applicable taxes   
• Stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per month + $10 for each additional day, plus applicable taxes   
  
Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:   
• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or   
charges incurred during your stay.   
• This deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.   
  
Valet Parking (Optional):   
• 1 to 7 days: $28 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes   
• 8 to 10 days: $25 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes   
• 11 to 19 days: $250 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes   
• 20 to 30 days: $295 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes   
  
Package Handling:   
• $5 per package plus applicable taxes   
• Packages may be collected from the package room between 9 AM - 5 PM  
  
Complimentary: beach/pool towels and 2 beach chairs  
Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).  
  
\*Please note that a valid government-issued identification is required upon check-in at the front desk. The primary guest listed on the reservation must be at least 21 years of age.
