Pool & Lawn Area Hours

Please note that access to the outdoor pool and lawn area is restricted after the following hours:

• Sunday–Thursday: 9:00 PM

• Friday–Saturday: 11:00 PM

-Late Checkout / Additional Cleaning: Available for an additional fee and subject to availability

-Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM; please be respectful of neighbors and surrounding residents

-Parties/Events: Strictly prohibited; registered guests only

-Pets: Allowed with prior approval and a $150 pet fee per reservation

-Consumables: Starter supplies are provided, including paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags, and toiletries. Additional supplies are available upon request for an extra fee

-Rental Agreement: All guests must sign a short-term rental agreement before arrival

-Verification: For non-Airbnb reservations, additional guest verification and a valid government-issued ID are required before check-in instructions are released

-Authorisation Hold: A refundable authorisation hold will be required before check-in for non-Airbnb bookings. The hold will be released after checkout provided there are no damages, missing items, extra cleaning, smoking, or house rule violations
