  • Luxurious modern apartment with all necessary appliances and features for comfort living. Ideal space to live (and/or work from home) and enjoy life fully. Modern building (6yo) with doorman and amenities (heated rooftop pool with spectacular view, gym, sauna, steam room, two level lounge area, valet parking for additional fee, security system with fob key access, amazon hub) located in the hot spot of Downtown Miami. Very convenient location (Whole Foods next block, walking distance to the Brickell City Center, 10-15 minutes ride to the South beach or Biscayne beach, Super popular restaurants are around the corner, Metromover (free public transportation) is minutes away). For the comfort and safety of all tenants building requires background check (100$ fee paid directly to the Building management, application is filled online and takes about 5 business days to clear )
