THE SPACE
Welcome to our spacious, modern 1 bed/ 1 bath Sweet Vacation Oasis.
Approximately 874 sq ft of space are made available to you with tons of character and southeast facing patio windows.

MASTER BEDROOM
Spacious 1 bedroom with King sized bed, comfortable Mattress, king-size pillows, king-size duvet cover, large window facing the ocean, Blackout blinds. The bedroom is equipped with 2 nightstands with bedside lamps on each side of the bed and a large dresser with drawers + 50' Smart TV

EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT
Ikea trundle bed in the living room that can be extended into a king-size bed. It can accommodate 2 adults with a memory foam Mattress, queen size pillows, queen-size duvet cover. Blackout curtains in the living room to ensure quality sleep.

A full-sized mirror closet with hangers is available in the main entrance with an iron, an iron board, beach chairs & umbrella.

BATHROOM
Tiled bathroom with modern finishes, glass shower, hand towels, bath towels. Hairdryer.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes the following:
Dish-ware: dinner plates, salad plates, soup/cereal bowls, large coffee mugs, oval platters, Tupperwares.
Flatware: table knives, table forks, salad/dessert forks, dessert/soup spoons, coffee/teaspoons, serving fork, serving spoons
• Wine Glasses/Champagne Glasses, Water glasses, a wine bottle opener.
• Kitchen Accessories: can opener, cooking spatula, ladle, veggie peeler, cutting board, dish scrub, dish towels, pyrex,, mesh strainer, mixing bowl with nested with lids, salad bowl, paper towel, hot pads.
• Pots & Pans & more
Appliances: 4 top stoves and oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, Kettle, Trash can.

ENTERTAINMENT
Sit back and relax in the living room & enjoy your favorite movies and shows on a Smart TV equipped with cable & Netflix. Guests should use their own membership to use Netflix. Complimentary fiber-optic WI-FI.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is equipped with a high-end Italian Design sofa that will leave you wishing you had more time to just veg out on the couch! Three coffee tables that are convenient should you decide to eat in front of a good movie. Modern light. Blackout curtains.

COMMUNITY LAUNDRY ROOM & TRASH ROOM
A Community Laundry Room is available on each floor of the building and is located directly on the right of the Service elevator with the Trash room.
Each Laundry room has 2 Professional washing and drying machines that work with a chipcard that you can purchase at the registration office from 9AM to 5PM. The cost of the laundry card is $7 (subject to change). To do laundry, you shall load the chipcard at the payment machine that is located in the lobby. The washer costs $2/use, Dryer costs $2/use (these costs are not included in the price of the stay and are subject to change).

OTHER APPLICABLE FEES (not included in the price of the stay)
The extra fees that are not included in the price of your stay are the following:
1) Parking fees (subject to change)
1 week (1-7 days): 100$
2 weeks (8-14 days): 125$
3 weeks (15-21 days): 150$
4 weeks (21 days-31 days): 175$

2) A Cash deposit for the parking permit of 20$ will be requested by the Tides' guest office.
At the end of your stay, when you return the parking permit to the guest's office, you will get your 20$ cash deposit back.

3) Key Fobs
Electronic key fob. The cost of activating a key fob is 30$ to be paid to the guest's office in person.
It is a cost, not a deposit. The key fob does not have to be returned at checkout.
The purchase of a minimum of 1 fob per 2 adults is mandatory. If you are 3 or more adults, you will be required to buy extra key fobs.
Fees
1 to 2 adults = $30 (1 key fob)
3 to 4 adults = $60 (2 key fob)
5 to 6 adults = $90 (3 key fob)

PS. According to the rules of the building, after the age of 14, the person is considered an adult.

4) Online orders (Amazon, e-Bay,…)
Online orders under your name and have your packages delivered to the condo are possible. Please note that the resort will charge $7/package. These fees are extra and are not included in the price of your stay.
