Everything was as expected! Clean rooms, great amenities, really good food and drinks from the bar. The pool was beautiful, warm, crystal clear with no harshness of over-chlorination like many other hotel pools. Would stay here again.

The first room smells literally a sweat human’s scent horrendous, the second one it was also smelling but less. The problem is all the mattress and pillows aren’t changed i think never. To by a hyatt is super poor the in room experience. The staff try their best but the hotel is on decadence. The location is super.

Nicely located near across one strip of the main beach hotels. Rooms were great, view were not so much for city view, it was facing a garage only for us basically. Staff was friendly upon arriving, a bit less accommodating than neighboring hotels when it came during checkout time.
