All the staff were lovely and very accommodating to all needs. It was located near the Brickell mover and monorail. Good restaurants and walking trail. I would stay there again without hesitation.
The location within Brickell was great and handy for accessing free public transport moverline and trolley buses! Also close by restaurants, bars, shops.
Whilst breakfast included which we were happy with in the main, often they'd run out of fruit items, juice and yogurts! There was hot food although no variety!
Room wasn’t cleaned for first few days, had to bring this to attention of reception! Even then floors were never cleaned!
Its a very small spa pool rather than a swim pool!
Also building work to the side of hotel starting at around 7am weekdays
We were grateful for the free use of washing machine and tumble dryer
Laundry services, a great gym, the pool was a little small

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The air conditioning did not work properly, making the room uncomfortable and causing me difficulty breathing during the night. The furniture is old, worn out, and in need of renovation.
The staff member I interacted with was attentive and polite, which was one of the few positive aspects of the stay. However, the parking situation is terrible. The parking lot is extremely small, and the access is awkward and confusing.
Overall, I did not enjoy my experience and would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
