Be aware is not a short term rental property. The association of the condominium requires a $100 dollars registration fee, which includes access to the common areas, beach and parking lot. The space We provide with nice pool and jacuzzi , also beach is clean and not too busy, also condo provide chair and umbrella service 7 days a week Guest access Card room, full equipped gym, pool and jacuzzi available !!
