A wonderful property in the heart of the Brickell District. Literally a few steps from excellent restaurants as well as an inhouse restaurant and bar. The pool and fitness center is on the 20th and heated and has a spectacular view. The rooms have a beautiful highrise view of the Cityscape and compact clean rooms have the most Comfortable beds ever. A beautiful cocoon. The lobby and bar area have ample seating with plenty of comfortable couches and tables. We will try and stay at a CitizenM Hotel whenever available.

A nice property with enough restaurants in the area for food. The breakfast is Ok but could be a lot better. I was placed in an ambulatory room so lots of space. As it was only a one stay no complaints. I would have preferred a higher floor standard room with the normal lay out. People smoking on the pool deck even though specifically not allowed.

My husband and I stayed here the night before we went on a cruise. It was a great location a little farther out from the port. There were amazing restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The hotel was spotless! The rooftop pool was heated and gorgeous! Staff was friendly. We had a really good experience!!!
