Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Not Pleased
We waited to check in until the cleaning lady was done but once we did check in the place wasn’t clean. There were hairs in the beds, makeup stains on the pillows, stains on some towels, the floors were dirty, found a fake eyelash on the floor and overall it simply wasn’t clean. We had to go out that night and buy new bed sheets since the property manager said there wasn’t anything he could do that night. Though we were reimbursed for them. The cleaning lady was sent in the next day. Though, the only cleaning done was mopping. Another unfortunate issue was on about our third day the pool turned green and so we weren’t able to use it. I think the owner tried to fix up the inside better compared to the outside. Though, I was not pleased that it wasn’t at least clean as that I feel is the bare minimum standard. Though, I do understand that he might not have been aware that the cleaning lady did a bad job the first and that the pace wasn’t clean.
The property manager still did not respond in a timely manner to my concerns through text and did not answer my attempts to call.
