Beautiful studio with a specious private balcony. Amazing view of the ocean and the intercoastal . Resort is within walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping centers. The building offers free shuttle to the beach starting at 9:00am.Parking fee is $35.00 per night up to 3 nights, $25.00 per night from 3 to 7 nights and ​$175.00 for 7 nights up to 31 days one time fee No resort fee. You are within 15 minutes to Fort Lauderdale international airport.

Family vacation

The location is perfect to access the beach and nearby restaurants and shopping centers. A bit small for four adults. The wait for the elevators can be very long during peek hours in the morning and end of day. It would have been nice to have a broom and minimum cleaning products. Having the possibility to have extra towels and new bed sheets would have been nice.
