Great Stay

I had an overall great stay. I was extremely comfortable. The host was very easy to talk to and anything we asked for he made it happen. I would definitely book again.

It was a good and safe place to stay. And near Hard Rock Stadium which is good. And where I wanted to be near. I wish the coffee Kurig and more rags were made available. Had some issue on tv, because it asked to remove apps to watch things. But all in all a solid stay.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this property. It was clean and looked the same as the pictures on his listing. The response time from the host was very prompt and fast. Check in instructions were easy and a breeze. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was safe.

Great property

The property was exactly as advertised. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Check in and check out were very quick and easy. I will be staying again the next time I’m in Miami.

I booked for a week while I was doing training for work nearby. The location was conveniently 10 minutes down the road. Typical neighborhood for the area, relatively quiet. The place was clean and the shower was hot, which I was thankful for lol

Miami VRBO

We had an issue with check in, but the host is very quick to respond so we appreciated that. I will say the cleanliness of the place could be improved. It was visibly dirty, long hair on the title floors in multiple areas of the place, crumbs in the kitchen area, and there was ants everywhere in the bathroom, on the fridge, in the freezer, on the desk (i even found them on my laptop the next morning), so they are definitely coming from somewhere, just not sure where so hopefully that will be improved for the next guest. Aside from that, the bed was comfy and provided us a place to sleep for a few nights while in town.

Great little place

Very nice and easy way to get a place to stay for two nights. Host was very responsive to any questions. The description is spot on. It’s a small but cozy little apartment, great for short term rentals.

I liked the ease of access to the property and how quickly the property manager responded to our calls. I didnt lke the blinds at the window. It allows for too much light to enter the room even after closing. The bathroom could be bigger. Overall, I would stay again.

The place is awesome, but it's on Carol City

The property is great and the host is awesome, but I rented it on Miami Gardens (knowing that it wasn't the best city), and it is in Carol City, one of the worst in South Miami. Nothing happened, and the neighborhood was ok. But you see people in stores with their pants a foot lower... I guess I am trained as I live in Argentina, but I lived 20 years in the US and it is not a neighborhood that I would pick.

The studio was dirty, next to the property there was loudly music all the night, the bed and pillows was really unconfortable, the communication with the host was poor. Finally there was a lot of fees. Just one night cost around 150. That was a really bad experience I do not recommend it

This place has just became my #1spot when traveling to miami ...its very secure quiet small but just right....it very close to ross..Marshall's..Walmart old navy...dds..Burlington and dollar tree just to name a few...like 5 mins drive from eating places also...i highly recommend this spot
