We’ve stayed here every year for about 4-5 years now. Always clean and perfect location close to the Convention Center. This is a dependable place to stay. I just wish they had a little more luxury beds. They are comfortable enough but could be better.

Parking on the premise is NOT included despite what the listing says. It’s “subject to availability.” I only booked this listing because of the parking so this was disappointing. Parking is also an additional $37.45. The pool available on the listing is almost a half hour walk so we did not go. But the distance to shops and dining, the convention center, and the beach is 10-20 minutes walking and there’s a washer and dryer and full kitchen, which we appreciated. Overall good value besides the parking issue.

This is a charming little hidden gem! We only stayed one night before boarding our cruise and it was a perfect two bedroom lil casita! I will Definitely stay again! Washer and dryer in our unit, was perfect and so helpful in getting everyone ready to go! Easy check in very clean and stocked

The room was nice. It would use some better lighting, it was dark in the room with all the lights on. Flooring in front the the counter had large gaps in it. John was nice and helpful at check-in. It was pretty quiet both nights, with a few people getting home late and doors shutting.

The pictures were misleading, as they showed a well-maintained or even renovated, high-quality room. In reality, the floor was badly damaged, and everything appeared worn and in poor condition. The bedding had stains. Housekeeping was acceptable, and amenities were partially replenished on a daily basis. Overall, the place served its basic purpose. Everything is within walking distance which was good.

We absolutely loved staying here! We spent a full week in a 2-bedroom suite and the space was fantastic. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance, and there’s a large Publix just a 3-minute drive away. The staff was incredibly friendly throughout our stay. Special Thanks to John! We especially appreciated the free morning coffee and the daily bottled water in the kitchen. Having parking on site (make sure to reserve in advance) was very convenient. And the best part: having a washer and dryer in the suite: everything is washed and folded for the way home! ;) We would definitely stay here again.

So strange that house keeping would come in to make the bed but nothing else…no changing towels. Kind of clean but the windows and frames needed to be wiped, the blinds, the walls and base boards were dirty and someone else’s hair on them. The bed is just a very sold mattress on boards holding it up and need a box spring so you don’t feel yourself going through them.the location was great though and maybe that’s the trade off. Parking is very tight though and if you don’t have a smaller vehicle then you might find it hard to park which was another cost per night….bit steep when your staying 5 nights and it’s already lot of money. They had shared laundry but good luck with that! Seemed like the business was using it more often than we could and needed up staying up till 1am to get ours done.costly!!

Listing showed washer/dryer. When asked to confirm upon checkin it was confirmed that yes they had one. Never mentioning that it was out of service until we saw the out of order sign on it! But the repairman was coming the next day which never happened. Very deceptive & misleading. The apartment itself was in need of cleaning & refurbishment.

The location was great and walkable to the beach and shopping/dinning. The apartment was overall clean but looked old and had a smell. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking but the pots were in poor condition. After we have arrived and during the check-in, we have learned that all parking spots are reserved. This was not communicated to us. The person at the reception was rude, non-apologetic, and said that we signed the registration card which contained that information regarding potential unavailability of the parking. He also said that if we choose to cancel the reservation, there will be no refund.
