"Everything was perfect"

"We made a very last minute booking around 6pm to stay that night. The staff were so accommodating to help us out and nothing was a problem for them. We were met at night by a member of staff and taken to the apartment which was so beautiful and very comfortable. The place was very clean. Such a comfortable master bedroom and a great size sofa bed in the lounge. Washing machine available but we didn’t need to use it. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Verona. Recommend...

Just around the block, but it was raining hard when we arrived and had to stand in the street to work the confusion out with the property management (hotels.com was useless here). "Small apartment with very basic furniture. Kitchen has all the amenities but is not very functional (lack of space and electrical outlets). Good bedding though. Bathroom, in particular shower, lacks of space to put toiletries. Would not recommend."
