Everything was nice and we liked the location out of the tourist fray. Easy walk to all the transport and shopping.
The only negative was at check in I discovered I left my backpack on the Alilaguna from the airport. The front desk gentleman was not very encouraging nor helpful. Fortunately find my iPhone got the job done.

What a great experience we had. I wish we could have stayed longer.
Every staff member we met was incredibly helpful. Even before we arrived they helped arrange a 2.5 hour transfer from the port of Ravenna all the way to the hotel where we were met by the concierge at the dock. The hotel is close to quite literally everything including shops and food. The concierge recommended dinner at Rosa Rosso which turned out to be the best meal of our entire 14-day all over Europe.
We plan on going to Milan and returning to Venice. We will absolutely stay at Palazzo when we return.
