The breakfast was always a highlight and Heather managed the bar very well, even during busy times. All in all this place is a gem and my highlight was waking up on an ocean front room and going for a snorkel before breakfast. It remains very nice and is by far the best place to stay in all of Micronesia. We always ask for an upstairs room with the lofted bai style ceilings. Despite boasting about its reef, the reality falls flat. From the absence of shark heads in their signature cocktail to the dismal breakfast spread, it's clear they're prioritizing profit over quality. With a dwindling guest count, it's a glaring sign of their downward spiral. Despite friendly service staff, their refusal to accommodate guests, hiding behind rigid policies, speaks volumes. Insisting on a 3pm check-in despite low occupancy is just another indicator of their downward spiral.
