Despite boasting about its reef, the reality falls flat. From the absence of shark heads in their signature cocktail to the dismal breakfast spread, it's clear they're prioritizing profit over quality. With a dwindling guest count, it's a glaring sign of their downward spiral. Despite friendly service staff, their refusal to accommodate guests, hiding behind rigid policies, speaks volumes. Insisting on a 3pm check-in despite low occupancy is just another indicator of their downward spiral.
