The first room I was given had some mold in it and a small hole in the bottom of the wall. They were again very kind and switched me to a different room that was very clean. They went out of their way to take care of us and make sure we had everything we needed. They were also generous with early check-ins and late check-outs. The location on Malakal Island is perfect if you're in Palau for watersports: diving, kayaking or snorkeling as most of the trips leave from close by. There's a number of decent restaurants within short walking distances as well as convenience stores and small markets. Front desk staff was helpful and very friendly, especially with taxis and our lost luggage, and rooms were clean.
