I rented a car from the rental agency located at the hotel, and I did not know what time I would be returning the vehicle. The hotel was willing to put the credit card charge on its final bill for me. The drivers who picked me up at and took me to the airport were on time. The Internet/wi-fi when I was there worked fine. The desk where one can do paperwork could use an electrical outlet. Hotel location is quiet. A fabulous hotel! West Plaza Hotel by the Sea is a beautiful hotel. It is clean, their services are great, the staff are amazing and the location is perfect.. A walking distance to everywhere, from restaurants to shopping centers.
