In order to access the building it is necessary to register with the following information:

- Names of each guest

- ID number of each guest (Passport#, Drivers License#, etc.)

Next to the building there is a nightclub that operates on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, so there may be noise or disturbances at night on those days.
