Pros: The staff at reception is amazing, especially María, who is very attentive and goes above and beyond to assist guests (like helping carrying luggage).
The location is great, very close to shopping, dining and local transportation (walking distance to WTC, Insurgentes Avenue). Just in Nueva York street there are several restaurants, cafes, nail salons, bakeries, convenience stores and a park.
The suites are clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with an equipped kitchen with countertop stove, microwave, fridge, capsule coffee machine, dining and cookware.
Beds are comfortable and suites have lots of natural light and a small balcony.
Cons: Although overall the suites are clean, the bed linens had a funny smell, I would recommend a stronger detergent or laundry practices.
The wifi connection is weak and shows as not secure. Not good for work.
The area seems safe, police does rounds around the neighborhood, but the property could benefit from adding extra security feautures.
Water pressure in shower is bit weak, and temperature is not easy to control.
They have Dish TV, but if you’re looking to watch local TV, not all channels show.
