Estoy muy inconforme, porque yo tenía la seguridad de qué con ustedes como intermediarios, gozábamos de garantía por lo ofrecido y no fue así. No nos respetaron el precio pactado y el hotel tuvo que eliminarlos como intermediarios, para según ellos abaratarnos el costo, que de todas formas cobraron al triple.

Excelente ubicación si es que acudes a un evento a los recintos cercanos. Quisieron hacer cobro del estacionamiento aunque en la reservación mencionaba que era gratuito. La recepcionista deficiente en su atención.

Lo mejor la ubicación, pero las camas muy malas; no te anuncian que no hay ada cerca para comprar por la noche, no había agua en la noche, y el resurtimiento de jabón y shampoo pésimo, solo pusieron uno por una estancia de cuatros días. Inrrecomendable.

Buena ubicacion

Las camas y almohadas son muy incomodas, mas sin embargo la ubicacion del hotel es muy conveniente si asistes a un evento al Foro Sol ya que puedes ir a tu evento caminando sin preocuparte por estacionamiento o el trafico. El Wi-Fi no funciona.

PEOR HOTEL Y CARO SIN JUSTIFICACIÓN CALIDAD BAJA

Ruido no se puede dormir se mueve la habitación cada camión o trailer que circula y se escucha todo el ruido de la calle Restaurante cerrado tuve que ir a desayunar a otro hotel Grand Prix Carísimo y baja calidad en colchones ropa de cama wifi Recepción pésima cobran estacionamiento 50 pesos además de los 2,500!! No vuelvo ni por que este en 500 pesos

el hotel esta en pesimas condiciones , el elvasor no sirve , la entrada super imprevista , las habitaciones super sucias y con mal olor , tenia mi reservacion y al llegar y ver tan mal hotel tuve que cambirme de hotel y lo peor es que aun cuando no ocupe su habitacion no autorizaron el reembolso , definitivamente no recomendado , me gustaria evitar el mal sabor de boca que pase por este terrible hotel
