Host was great but we did have a couple of issues that could've been solved if there were instructions left in the house.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The host never provided check in instructions and I had to scramble last min to find a new place for my family. She did reply to my inquiry for parking same day and the ignored all calls.
