The front desk staff on duty when I checked in couldn't appear more bored or more annoyed that I had a question. The morning person was more helpful though. The bathroom is so cramped that you have to open the shower door to sit on the commode. And I'm not a large person. The best thing about the room is that it is very convenient to the Sevilla metro station and the rest of the neighborhood. Glad I only stayed one night.

I was there for 11 days and my room was cleaned only once. The property failed to refill shampoo and soap in the shower The drained was glug and the dirt and hair from other people floating around my feet when I first took a shower. The bath room floor was always dirty. Did not refill enough toilet paper. The front desk was next to my room. I constantly hear sounds of laugh, music, customers checking in/out, and front door opening and closing. One night I was not able to get into the building because someone locked the door from inside. I did not received a full refund of my hotel expense for that night.

La habitación si estába limpia al llegar al igual que el sanitario, pero nos quedamos dos noches y el segundo día nadie hizo el aseo, ni tendió la cama ni saco la basura . En la escaleras tuvimos una caída debido a que le hacen falta tiras antidetonantes

En primer lugar, no había recepción, prometieron plancha y secadora para el cabello pero no fue así La puerta de entrada fue un caso No abría con las llaves,me tuve que quedar sin cenar Nunca lo recomendaría

La atención fue buena pero la verdad es que por el precio no lo vale. No cuentas con suficiente privacidad, y menos si eliges un cuarto con baño compartido. Destinan 1 baño para 3 habitaciones principales en planta baja y es muy complicado ya que tiene regadera y puedes durar hasta 1 hora esperando para pasar al sanitario Sería bueno que agregaran otro baño para uso compartido. También agregar aires acondicionados o ventiladores con mayor potencia y toallas nuevas ya que las que nos proporcionaron se ven manchadas y viejas. Fuera de eso la estancia fue buena, agradable y si regresaría. Siempre que voy me han tratado muy bien. Mis comentarios solo son para mejora y como sugerencia:)

La estancia fue buena, las instalaciones estuvieron limpias y completas, el único problema, es que nuestro cuarto tenía goteras, y se llenaba de agua el piso, se me mojó ropa que se caía al suelo, y mis zapatos quedaron empapados. Todo lo demás, estuvo bien. El desayuno muy rico y el personal muy atento.

La habitación que me tocó estaba a pie de calle y esa es muy transitada así que había mucho ruido y el baño es compartido pero está lejos de la habitación por lo que e me sentí cómoda. En cuanto al servicio fue excelente y puedes guardar tu maleta con ellos
