El personal muy descortés, no me respetaron el monto de la reserva y estando ahí a las 7 de la noche me cobraron 700 pesos mexicanos más de lo pactado y no tuve más opción que pagarlos para no dormir en la calle, no dan papel higiénico ni jabón de baño, no cambian las toallas, en fin todo terrible y desordenado.

El personal terrible, nada de amenidades, me cobraron el monto que a ellos les dio la gana y no el monto que decía la reserva
