On first arriving, check in was easy and the overall property appeared to offer a lot of nice amenities. The room was nice and had great amenities too, BUT the major downfalls were cleanliness and a terrible smell in the washroom that would not go away. We plugged the shower drain and constantly aired out the entire apartment but I believe there's a leak in the toilet seal that is releasing noxious fumes. There were other reviews about this issue but we had hoped it would've been addressed by our stay. Also, the dryer vent isnt functional and blows lint everywhere.

El lugar es perfecto, muy impecable (es un departamento, por lo que si te vas a quedar más de un día hay que entender que no se hace limpieza diario y puedes encontrar pequeñeces del huésped anterior) una combinación de minimalismo con un toque de naturaleza bastante agradable a la vista, la azotea con una vista hacia todos los puntos de la ciudad, con fogatas, asadores y hornos para hacerte una cena con una buena experiencia, un gimnasio pequeño y a lado un área de disciplinas de suelo (yoga, estiramientos) también un área para co-working bastante amplia y un jardín verde al centro de todo el edificio donde puedes pasar un rato tranquilo, los guardias muy amables y siempre con buena disposición, acceso controlado y seguro, la comunicación directa en el lugar el la más rápida por lo que si necesitas alguna información lo mejor es ir en persona, definitivamente volveré!

El estudio es muy lindo con su decoración minimalista muy funcional. Cocineta para algo chiquito necesario bien, refri grande y centro de lavado. El baño DELICIOSA la regadera. El único detalle es que no había ni una botella de agua potable y llegamos confiadas. Cerca hay un seven eleven. En tiempo de calor tal vez se sienta encerrado. No vimos ningún termostato para el aire aunque se ven rejillas como de aire acondicionado. Hay un ventilador de piso. Es invierno, no estuvo mal la temperatura. Muy cómoda la cama también. Gracias.
