Summary:  
FEEL AT HOME!  
Very bright and comfortable apartment, located in the heart of Nuevo Polanco, one of the safest and most elegant neighborhoods. Undoubtedly the best area in Mexico City.  
Ideal place for couples or executives looking to get to know Mexico or need a place to work quiet and safe.  
It is fully equipped to cook there, has cable TV, internet, amenities and 24/7 security. Everything you need just a few steps away.  
  
The Space:  
Apartment in Polarea, Budapest tower with swimming pool and gymnasium  
  
Guest Access:  
remember it is very important to send the identification cards, it is very important  
  
The Neighborhood:  
museums, squares within 5 minutes walking distance, ask for our recommendations.  
  
Getting Around:

\*\*Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.  
  
\*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).  
  
\*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.  
  
We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy, and art! We will provide you with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most popular neighborhoods in the city.  
  
Additionally, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.  
  
Security Deposit  
For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.

Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy

Disliked: Check-in

Nice apartment, close to super markets and museums in Polanco. Make sure you get QR code from host, otherwise you cannot check-in. There is construction going nearby, noise can be an issue. However, the apartment is clean and comfortable.
