Excellent accommodation in private split that has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ideal for those who do not like to climb stairs or have difficulty doing so. This fantastic gateway south of the CDMX is just a 10-minute drive from Coyoacán Historic Center and Casa Frida Khalo, and 20 minutes from Foro Sol and Azteca Stadium.  
The space  
GROUND FLOOR (great for those who don't like climbing stairs or have difficulty doing so).  
\- Bedroom 1: 1 King bed (sleeps 2) + 1 Single sofa bed (for 1 person) + Full bathroom  
\- Bedroom 2: 1 Matrimonial bed (for 2 people) + 1 Single bed (for 1 person)  
\- Common area: 1 dining room for 8 people + Kitchen + Full Bathroom  
  
BATHROOM: The 2 bathrooms are equipped with soap toiletries, towels and toilet paper.  
  
KITCHEN and DINING ROOM: The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances along with all necessary dinnerware and more.  
  
PARKING: We have exclusive space where 2 cars fit however for extra large dimensions it can be limited we ask you to take it into account and let us know to give you options.  
  
WHAT'S INCLUDED?: iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi (up to 75 Mbps) and smart TV for your streaming apps like Netflix.
