Very pleased with the hotel, nice room and very clean, great staff who were all very helpful! Excellent location and breakfast

Excellent location - 2 mins walk to Zocalo. There is a 24hr cafe and all food and drinks are completely free. The only main point is that they have a very limited vegetarian choice.

They had an excellent breakfast

Breakfast was paid separately. Staff very good

Excellent hotel, with great food options, close to the airport. Very professional and friendly staff at reception. Large restaurant with a good menu and drink selection. Extremely comfortable bed and great views from the 8th floor. Shopping centre below provides further facilities if needed.

Nice room very clean and exciting staff

Fantastic stay right in the heart of the Central Historic area so everything is in walking distance.

The apartment is gorgeous, clean, and the bed very comfortable! The location is also very convenient😊

The hotel was nice. The beds were a bit too hard, though.

Nice clean hotel convenient for airport and with a free airport shuttle. Breakfast was OK but a bit limited. Staff pleasant and helpful.

The staff at the business centre was very nice and I liked to spend time working from there. Quite confortable. Diego in particular was always making sure I had everything I needed. Not a fancy hotel, but very convenient.

This place saved me after having spent three nights in an awful accomodation. Checking in was a bit complicated thanks to Expedia, but the hotel were so kind they saw how stressful it was an upgraded my room on the second day.

Exceptionally clean hotel. Bed and bedding is super comfortable. Buffet breakfast is simple but sufficient and delicious. Hotel is within walking distance to Metro station.

Everything was great!
