The staff was great - totally catered to us - can't say enough about how great they were. The location was perfect, right across from metro. I just never felt safe in the room although the staff assured me they had cameras set up. Hotel is always noisy even after quiet hours through 5am. The shower didn’t have hot water and was moldy. They provided dirty and torn up towels and sheets were not cleaned until asked multiple times. They had new people at the front desk that didn’t know what to do and seemed uninterested and always rude. The worst part, you can’t even sleep as there are many bugs including bedbugs that ate us up throughout our stay. They only painted and covered up all the issues to make it seem attractive and appealing. It should be condemned and no one should be allowed to stay here.
