In the heart of La Condesa, a Mexican architectural gem opens its doors, blending tradition and modernity in every corner. This house, rich in amenities, welcomes its guests with spacious rooms that reflect the warmth of the local culture.  
  
The beauty of its terrace invites moments of serenity, while the multiple bathrooms provide an additional luxury of privacy. The tastefully decorated living room is a cozy space for socializing, and the comfortable dining room becomes the perfect stage for savoring Mexican cuisine. Moreover, the kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking.

Located in the vibrant heart of Mexico City, La Condesa stands as a cultural and cosmopolitan enclave, where architectural elegance intertwines with bohemian energy. La Condesa offers its residents the opportunity to immerse themselves in a charming and lively environment. Surrounded by parks, boutiques, cafes, and an eclectic culinary scene, the residence becomes an urban luxury retreat with incredible experiences. With its unique architecture and proximity to cultural wonders, this house emerges as an oasis of comfort and style in one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Mexico City.  
  
Getting Around:  
There are many ways to explore the city: the metro, the Metrobús, and even Ecobici.   
We also recommend Uber.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
\*\*Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.  
  
\*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).  
  
\*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.  
  
\*We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy, and art! La Condesa is a central area with a wide variety of places to explore and visit. We will provide you with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most popular neighborhoods in the city.  
  
Additionally, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.  
  
Security Deposit  
For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.  
  
The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
