Acogedor apartamento en la mejor ubicación con comodidades 5 estrellas como azotea con piscina climatizada, snack bar con servicio a la habitación, gimnasio y áreas verdes con hamacas. Espectacular vista al castillo y a la ciudad, todo a pasos de distancia. Barrio seguro, lleno de cafés, restaurantes, galerías y bares. Lugares turísticos a pasos de distancia. El condominio cuenta con una cómoda cama king-size en la recámara principal, una pantalla con TV por cable, un amplio closet y una ventana que proporciona suficiente luz natural. El baño principal tiene un vestidor muy espacioso. La ducha con muy buena presión incluye champú, jabones, crema corporal, etc. El condominio tiene buenos espacios, buena altura y mucha luz natural entra por las ventanas. Sala de estar de cuero, cocina equipada con un refrigerador grande. Lavadora en el apartamento.

Wifi de 500 Mbps.

La segunda recámara tiene dos camas individuales y amplios closets. El baño secundario también tiene buena presión de agua, toallas, champú, etc. Mucha luz natural entra a la cocina y la sala de estar. El suelo es de madera. Encontrarás todo lo necesario para cocinar.

¡Jardín en la azotea con vistas increíbles! Zonas verdes, gimnasio al aire libre, piscina climatizada con vistas al parque España, centro de negocios, Snack Bar con servicio a domicilio y piscina. Hamacas, mesas para comer, ping pong, baños, ¡de todo! ¡La piscina está climatizada las 24 horas! La opción perfecta para relajarse y tomar el sol antes de volver a casa.
El Snack Bar abre de 11:00 a 18:00. Tienen un menú bastante amplio y saludable para todas las edades. Las margaritas y los cócteles son increíbles.

El edificio cuenta con servicio de valet parking sin coste adicional: solo tienes que dejar tu coche y lo aparcarán en su lugar designado. También tienes un aparcamiento y todas las comodidades del edificio. ¡Aprovéchalas! Verás lo increíble que es alojarse en un lugar con tantas comodidades, las mejores vistas y atardeceres, especialmente en otoño e invierno. Todo está muy cerca, así que puedes ir a pie, en moto o en bicicleta. La zona cuenta con vías especiales para ciclismo.

Comfortable home for a busy visitor

Traveling to CDMX in May, and AC was a must! Great location and the property manager was very communicative. Great sunset views from the pool, and gym had the essentials to have a good workout. Safe neighborhood with lots of cute places to eat.

Location location location!

This property was very convenient to so many places we wanted to visit and to a lot of great restaurants! The owner is super helpful and was available when we had a small issue come up. The only downside was the bed was very hard and the cleanliness could have been better, but we would gladly stay again.
