All was great. Very professional and attentive staff. Location can't be better. Room/Suite accommodation most convenient. My only issue is that the unit was not adequatedly insolated for outside and street noise, which can be bothersome

Excelente ubicación algunos detalles a mejorar
Lugar super ubicado en el corazón de polanco, es un aparta-hotel con servicios de aparta-hotel, si buscas las comodidades de un hotel no es ti lugar a quedarte. Mi estancia fue buena en general la llegada sencilla, la habitación me toco una muy oscura necesidad de tener las luces prendidas todo el tiempo a cualquier hora del día, tenia la habitación detalles de mantenimiento menores pero que hacen la diferencia entre un lugar 5 estrellas y uno de 3.5 como este es decir si cuidaran mas los detalles seria un lugar 5 estrellas, mucho ruido del edificio por tuberías y bombas no catastrófico pero molesto, en resumen se ves una buena tarifa de este lugar quédate si esta muy elevada mejor otro lugar excelente ubicación le falta atención al detalle, recepción amables. Le doy un 8 /10 pero puede mejorar mucho tiene potencial
