Quiet, clean, safe, easy once you know it’s next to Pepsi Center, easy to navigate. First time in a pod. It was a convenient option and cost for a few days.

Super clean and safe. The washrooms and showers are cleaned all the time. I felt like it was cleaner than my home shower. Staff is always making sure things look good. Because the hostel is in the WTC, there is police presence everywhere. Good spots for food as well close by, Roma and Condesa is a short metro bus ride away which was very safe. It's a 4 min walk then a 15min bus ride. Overall, very worth it. I'd stay here again

This is a great place to stay in a central area of Mexico City with easy access to all the top sights, restaurants, shopping, 24-hour convenience stores, an in-house cinema, spas, coffee shops, and many other amenities. There’s a metro station outside and Uber pickup up front. I stayed for a month and loved it. 👍👍👍

El lugar, excelente, bastante limpio, no tuve ningún contratiempo, la recepción las 24 horas, pude acceder sin problema incluso algo tarde y el personal muy respetuoso, cordial y amable, en especial el señor Luis que me recibió y su compañera que no supe su nombre pero me dieron una bienvenida muy grata, gracias!

Excelente atención por parte de Luis en la tarde-noche, un gusto ser recibido por alguien que realmente inspira hospitalidad. Es importante mencionar que no ofrecen servicio de resguardo de equipaje después del checkout. Las cápsulas son sumamente cómodas incluso para alguien alto (yo soy muy alto y tranquilamente podría estar sentado dentro de ella), y el hotel ofrece toallas, shampoo para cabello y para cuerpo por separado así como te realiza un par obsequios al momento del check-in. Totalmente recomendable, gran experiencia.

Para una noche está bastante bien, práctico y económico y la atención del personal 10/10 solo prestar un poco de cuidado en la limpieza de las cápsulas porque si encontré basura en mi cápsula, pero de ahí en fuera todo bien
