El lobby y áreas principales del hotel son modernas y excelentes, llegando a la habitación es dónde se puede la edad real del hotel, ya que por el momento se han quedado con habitaciones de los 80s/90s, aún así, las habitaciones son limpias y con cierto lujo de la época. La zona es buena, a dos cuadras de la Alameda Central, buena ubicación si planeas estar en el Centro Histórico. El metro más cercano se encuentra a unos 500 m de distancia. El staff es muy profesional y atento. Esperemos que renueven las habitaciones pronto.

Great location, needs some updates
Rooms are nothing like the picture in the website, felt old, no AC whatsoever. Broken bathroom handle and even though we were a group of 4, only 2 towels were left. Called receptionist for more but never brought it. Beds are not as comfortable as I would've liked. Location is great, close to Metro Juarez and Bellas Artes, lots of shops and restaurants around. This said, i'll give it a 6.5/10. I could give it another try in the future to see if they have improved.

Great location and great rooms
Had a great stay, rooms were clean, receptionists and maids were friendly, and location was ideal. Only complaint I had was I wish the room was soundproof since you can hear from outside the windows and room. But overall enjoyed the stay and will come again!

I booked here since it is pretty close to SRE and I needed to work the night before . The internet never worked, I asked for help, they said it was normal it fails.

⚠️⚠️⚠️ Caution - Hotel does not aircon the rooms ⚠️⚠️⚠️ What 4 star hotel does not have aircon in the rooms in a major city?! They shouldn’t even be allowed to state 4 star. Making a complaint to whoever awards stars..

The new renovated rooms In the 5th floor are super nice. Went to their restaurant and the food and lemonade were delicious. Love staying here this was my 3rd time.

Lacks some of the very basics that other hotels do have such as thermostat, coffee machine, fridge and short term visits cost you 150 pesos. Location is good and room size is decent but it needs some upgrade to their furniture

I know what I was getting into since I was staying there for the cheap price, but they use these blankets that seem like from the 80s those itchy types that make you wonder if they ever wash it. Also the staffs were nice, but the manager was not. I wouldn't know if she was going through a hard day hence the attitude, but respectfully that is none of my concern and cheap or not cheap shouldn't affect the professionalism of the staffs.

Buena ubicación, precio accesible. Realmente lo mejor es su ubicación, ya que tienes todo a unos pasos, la limpieza de la habitación todo bien, considero es que si estarás todo el día fuera es la opción ideal! Solo tuvimos temas de internet muy lento para trabajar y el agua en la ducha solo era “tibia”, no reportamos nada ya que solo estábamos escasas horas en la habitación.

Great location ( for me) if you wish to be really near the main square… this is about 10 minutes walk… but only 2 minutes to the set center park.So kind of in between. It was convenient for me especially for the price I got . Public are are great.. the room could be a bit more updated as the hallways are… but still, great enough to stay ( I am not a fan of carpet and bed covers in room) … they have both… but again… it is ok . If was to get again a good deal, I would not mind returning

We felt scammed. The pictures here on Expedia correspond to the renovated rooms only. The actual room we got had furnishing and finishes about 20-30 years old. It wasn't in bad condition but we paid for what we saw in the pictures and we got something completely different. Soon after the check-in we asked for a change, mainly for health reasons, since my friend has allergies and the room had a carpet. Actually, we specifically chose this hotel for that reason, the floor in the pictures is not carpet. The person at front desk explained that out of five floors of rooms only one floor is renovated, and they didn't have any of those rooms a available. She wasn't very polite and she didn't even apologize. We were there for four days and never got a change.

Most of the rooms at this hotel do not look as advertised on the website at all! Apparently only the 5th floor has been remodeled. There is a HUGE difference form the remodeled rooms to the un-remodeled rooms. The un-remodeled rooms are not like a Motel 6 room, it was also super nosey! My point is, make sure you ask for a remodeled room when you book a room at this place.
